Product features

The Mezzano cheese is sweet and delicate with a stronger and intense flavour. Its ripening time is about 5/6 months and it's better tasting it with a good glass of red wine.
The cheese is more crumbly but still preserve its compactness. It is straw coloured. Its production respect the tradition of ancients dairymen.
The molds of Latteria of Borgo Paludo can be identified by the brand on the outer edges and by the roman numeral “II”.
